The temperature range between 5 degrees Celsius and 60 degrees Celsius is known as the danger zone. If food is cooked in the danger zone then it's easiest to for harmful bacteria to grow inside the food. If harmful bacteria grow inside your food than you could get very sick. Cold food should be kept under 5 degrees Celsius and hot food should be kept over 60 degrees Celsius.
